At Cisco, a large part of my job was to create a strategy for the new internal-facing learning and collaboration site. This is the site map I developed that the eventual design was based off of. It includes the communication strategies I helped develop for the team, as well as alternate user flows (ie: New Hire, HelpZone, etc).
I went on to write and include numerous how-to videos and manuals, along with monthly feature releases for Webex products. Those items are under strict NDAs, but the site map can be seen below.
